Keumboo is an ancient oriental process where thin layers of pure 24k gold are melded to the surface of fine silver at a very low temperature. The gold is not a plating, veneer or soldered into place - it is physically part of the metal surface. A rolling mill was used to create the final surface texture on these post earrings.
